Expired listings meets real estate "a la carte"

If your listing has expired, you're probably looking at three traditional options:  (1) try selling "for sale by owner" (FSBO), (2) work with another real estate agent, or (3) extend your listing agent with your existing agent.  As buyer agents, The Real Estate Cafe does not take listings, so we can help you make that decision by introducing you directly to our buyers or introduce you to a fourth option:  fee-for-service or real estate a la carte.  Call 617-661-4046 for more information.

If your listing expires generally there only 2 reasons, PRICE or AGENT. If it's PRICE, sit down with another agent and see just how bad you want to sell, your first agent should have suppkied you with enough information to have already made an intelligent decision.

This looks like an interesting service and could be a win win for both the customer and the real estate broker instead of loosing the deal.

This is good to know and seems to be useful. It's great to have another option for any decision making issue especially one as big as a home.

Most people really want that big payout on their real estate investment and in todays market you really do have to come to the realization that it's not going to happen. The price is what sells property and basically if it's overpriced then your never going to sell. Of course your Agent will play a huge part in pushing the sale regardless of price and if you think it's in your best interest to employ the services of another Agent then go ahead, but don't forget if the price isn't right then your wasting your time.
